Academic created custom bookshelves with shelving underneath for us. All staff at Academic were professional and easy to deal with. Martin, who is their consultant contacted me on the day I emailed through my enquiry about bookshelves and was able to come and see the space the following day. He is professional and meticulous in his work ethic and was able to help us in designing the custom bookshelves and shelving for our space. Their customer service team, lead by Annette were professional and prompt in email and phone correspondence. Their fitter, Havier was reliable and very professional. We requested modifications to the shelving height and Havier was able to come back and resolve the issue so that the shelves were the correct height for the room/ space. The whole experience was positive and we are very happy with the bookshelves and shelving.
